SKYRAGS ( SKY-Rail Automated Gondola System )

This project is to design and build an SKY-Rail Automated Gondola System (SKYRAGS) that can perform various types of servicing jobs on an outer wall of a high-rise building. The SKYRAGS can help to inspect, paint, polish, and do repair works on these high-rise walls. Further, it can access to areas and walls where service personnel find them difficult to access to, thereby enhancing the quality of service.

During the MPTC C&G in Nov02, we demonstrated a conceptual design of a window cleaning system with steam cleaning technology to showcase a cost effective means of water usage for washing and cleaning job. This is in-line with ENV & MPTC green objectives of Recycle, Reuse & Reduce.
